In the 2024–2025 Academic Year, seven students from across Arizona State University came together with Bruce Mau and Bisi Williams of Massive Change Network to explore issues of homelessness and how we might address them. Starting with a complex mapping of the existing systems, created by Sage Freewynn when she became frustrated by not understanding how things worked together, and culminating in a series of design projects and a community luncheon aimed at calling attention to these problems and potential solutions, the students explored all it means to be unhoused in today’s society.
